1. First of all actual sale of Reading Festival will be on 21 March but resident tickets will be on sale 36 hours before the actual tickets sale. So if you want to get resident tickets get them before actual ticket on sale time.
2. You can but resident tickets if you postal code is valid. Means the organizers made a list to related postal code areas for those who live in eligible area around the festival at current time. You only get tickets if you are in eligible area.
3. On one card you can buy only two resident tickets for Reading Festival.
